Client need a security expect as the business partner in order to assess, manage and minimize risks to the business and assets by providing effective security and protection. Security vulnerabilities, if not neutralized proactively, can adversely affect the productivity and continuity of your business and tarnish your brand image:

SECURITY OFFICER: GRADE A:

• Advice or report on any matter affecting guarding or protection
• Assisting in screening of candidates for employment
• Assuming responsibility for staff training
• Supervise subordinate staff
• May be called upon to perform any or all duties of a Security Officer Grade B

SECURITY OFFICER: GRADE B

• Can perform more of the following duties:

  Supervision, Controlling, Instructing or training Security Officers grade C and D

• May drive a vehicle in the performance of any or all employee’s duties who may be called upon to perform any or all duties of Security Officer C and D.

SECURITY OFFICER: GRADE C

• Can perform more of the following duties:

  Supervision, Controlling, Instructing or training Security Officers grade C and D

• May drive a vehicle in the course of supervising or controlling Security Officer Grade D and f or the purpose of transporting Security Officers to their respective sites. Armed response, which may be called upon to perform any or all duties of Security Officer Grade D.

SECURITY OFFICER: GRADE D

• Can perform more of the following duties:

Patrolling and reporting on the movement of persons or vehicles through check points or gates

• Searching  persons and if necessary, restrain them,
• Searching vehicles and goods.
